Clarion Call is a retreat learning process designed to help you clarify the call that God has placed on your life. Clarion Call has the power to ignite a new hope and greater courage in the lives of committed and passionate Christians, by helping them to clarify their purpose, vision, and core values.
After completing the Clarion Call process, participants use their Personal Calling Statement as a compass and life direction tool. Clarifying ones calling helps individuals be better equipped to decide their next steps, and to begin to live a more focused and intentional life.
Over 15,000 Christ followers have experienced the benefits of this process. Clarion Call is being offered to key leaders throughout the Anglican Mission in America.

Marriage Ministry: We offer a three-day marriage retreat for clergy couples to evaluate the past, cast vision for the future and plan and set goals.
It is a balance of intentional time, fun, relaxation, and prayer. The net result is a clear understanding of what this year looks like from God’s perspective and planning specifics accordingly. We also ask that you have at least ten people who will be praying for your time together. This needs to be covered in prayer as the enemy will do everything in his power to undermine!
This retreat is for “healthy” marriages with healthy communication, not perfect but healthy. Also, this format requires some forethought and self-leadership. This usually is not a good plan when there are “big” issues that need to be addressed or if you don’t do well creating structure.
There are times when you may need to go to a marriage retreat that is more structured or to a counselor when you don’t think you can address your current issues in a healthy fashion on your own. This should be discussed and decided before embarking on the Marriage Ministry retreat.
For each retreat there are typically a total of five couples (ten participants) with two host couples to facilitate the discussions.
Anglican Leadership Initiative (ALI)
EXPERIENCE TRIPS
We believe at least every three years all clergy need to get off the front lines of ministry and let others serve them for an extended period of time to:
- reflect on their calling,
- clarify if they are stewarding their gifts properly in their current role,
- and to re-engage their first love, Jesus Christ, in a way that refreshes and reinvigorates.
ALI provides weeklong trips for personal coaching in an environment to challenge and refine a leader’s calling and leadership focus. They come alongside leaders as they reflect on who they are in Christ, where the Lord has them, and where He may be leading as they grow in spiritual authority.
Participants will be with other Anglican leaders representing different missional areas of North America. This trip is a way to grow in humble collaboration and mutual encouragement with fellow servant leaders. Participants will be asked to engage with like-minded leaders, to share strengths, weaknesses, hopes, fears and best practices in order to advance the Kingdom together.
The Anglican Mission in America partners with ALI to help underwrite the cost of these important trips.
Church Consulting
The Anglican Mission in America (AMiA) plans on doing an onsite visit of our churches each year. We are there to answer questions, help assess key growth issues and represent the AMiA to your congregation. We will contact your church to coordinate our visit. Spiritual Direction
At AMiA, we believe having access to a spiritual advisor is critical for all of our clergy. We all need to process the deep things in our lives with someone who:
- has spiritual authority,
- is outside of the system in which you work,
- is trained to listen, advise and care for the soul.
